MESSAGE TO THE 47th ADMINISTRATION

On October 17th, 2025: we, Brandon Christopher McCraw, OüT|P-y OüTapPin, hereby assume temporary, emergency executive authority under rights granted by the Declaration of Independence and United States' Constitution, to declare a state of national emergency and duress, invoking the following two orders:

For the People of the States to organize and gather on November 4th, 2025 and implement an Emergency Presidential Election, INDEPENDENT from the 47th Administration and its sources. If the country is not being operated to the People's liking; it is not the sole authority of Congress, Supreme Court, nor the Military to elect change. That responsibility lies solely with the People. Either take responsibility or assume oppression under the current rule.
- Any paper labeled with "Emergency Presidential Election, 2025", the voter's written choice with signature, and a valid governmental ID provided for verification at submission will be considered a valid ballot. It should operate in a similar manner to many previous elections: there are countless professional volunteers who have facilitated this process. The only difference is how this vote is being distributed, collected, and verified.

For the United Armed Forces; through the Insurrection Act of 1807, we humbly request that on November 4th, 2025 the military forces unite, gather, and protect the innumerable ballot locations across the country. My deepest fear is even when the People rise to the challenge and prove why they embody the principles of freedom, that countless will be vulnerable and exposed to the current regime's tactics of suppression and abduction. That countless who DO have the power to enact change, WON'T, out of fear of their lives or those who depend on them. We urge you to prove why the United Armed Forces are the Protectors of the People; not some mindless weapon for enacting bloodshed and violence.

To elaborate claims and orders: the 47th Administration, in its near entirety, has proven, without a doubt, they

are inept and incapable of governance, much less on something of this magnitude. Since the start of this new

administration: they have consistently interfered with and prevented critical investments to vital sectors within society,

including (but not limited to), education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure.

These aren't "small changes": they are actions that have truly IRREVERSIBLE consequences and Congress have

literally enabled this behavior. Areas like cancer research, climate data, and vaccine implementation have been ruined, if

not financially, then through reputation. An area of study, vaccinations, that saved literal generations of suffering, have

been thrown back ages because of vested interests of those who have been placed in charge being incapable of thinking of

those who they're tasked with protecting.

There is no aid coming to the Agricultural industry because it is the goal of the 47th Administration to financially

ruin every farm and have corporations owned by those within the 47th Administration to buy out and take away the

People's ability to provide their own food. There is no way to justify the 47th Administration for helping another country

in trade production of a product (soybeans) that are ACTIVELY being snubbed by our previous buyer due to the tariffs

that this administration implemented, unless the goal is to actively take away more from the People. The same could be

said of the 47th Administration's choice to drain almost three billion gallons of water from reserves to "help the wildfires",

a deliberate action to waste resources and create strain on the People.

Almost every renewable energy project has seen massive cuts and stalls, a baffling decision given the market

projected circlejerk that AI have developed and the increased "need" for data-centers to guzzle more irreplaceable

resources of the People. Instead of investing in infrastructure to help alleviate the need of energy and help the People, the

47th Administration is just throwing more taxes into fossil fuels, likely due to the administration's ties to these interests

and their inability to consider the lives they carry daily.

This entire period has also shown the People what "incredible" business "insight" and "talent" this 47th

Administration has, constantly reporting on the fact that "so much" has been made through crypto investments: both

through private deals that involves airplanes, golf-courses, and American Military bases but also DIRECT THEFT FROM

THE PEOPLE. A large majority of the 47th Administration's crypto acquisitions are, almost certainly, from millions

of People who BELIEVED in lies and are left with tokens that mean nothing but insult and injury. It's bad enough for

some losers to leverage their fame to enable rug-pulling degeneracy, but for the literal leader of this country to do so is

down-right deplorable and Congress have enabled this consistency through inaction of levying consequences

The 47th Administration's response about immigration has been to create a private militia to terrorize the People,

so much so that they engage in outright, literal violence against the People, while then deploying the National Guard in

attempts to further suppress the voice and resources of the People.

Finally, after EVERY choice the 47th Administration made thus far to ruin the People’s stability: they CHOSE to enter a government shutdown because they REFUSE to now ensure millions retain affordable healthcare and REFUSE to negotiate with the minority of Congress.

The shitty bow of this circumstance is that the 47th Administration wants to paint anybody who stands up against this tyrannical assault against the People and our Freedom as a "terrorist of the left". The 47th Administration does not care about the People. The 47th Administration would rather watch everything burn while taking the rest for themselves. That is why the 47th Administration has no plan, not now or in the future. The 47th Administration’s only goal is to destroy generations of the People's efforts and sacrifices, enable genocide and ethnic cleansing in other countries, land invasions for their oil and resources, before selling all parts and parcels of our Country until there is no 'America' remaining: all for the sake of the 47th Administration and the pedophiles they defend.
